In this workshop we’ll be looking at coroutines - Kotlin’s way of handling asynchronous programming. We’ll see what they are, how they work, how to call tasks written with coroutines and receive the results, how to convert existing APIs to coroutines, how to use coroutines in an Android app, especially together with Architecture Components and, finally, how to test coroutines. This workshop will give you both the theory and practical experience to confidently use coroutines in your apps.
